A)There are 4 causes of global warming. The first one is Carbon dioxide, half of gasses of human-generated greenhouse gasses. These are the burning of fossil fuels like coal and petroleum. The second one is Chlorofluorocarbons, 25% of of human-generated greenhouse gasses. Caused from aerosol sprays and refrigeration. All CFCs have been banned in North America and most of Europe. The third is Methane, its increased 151 percent since 1750. It comes from vegetation burning. The last thing is Nitrous oxide, 5 percent of human caused green house gasses, caused from chemical fertilizers.
B)Effects are climate changing. Scientist are saying that each year temperatures will rise 2 to 4 degrees Fahrenheit by 2030. The temperature increase is expected to double by 2100. Change would also come to agricultural parts of the world. Agricultural areas will have to change what they grow and when they grow it. Sea level will also rise 2-3 inches.
C)In 1990 the United nations recognized the climate change as a common concern of humankind. In 1992 the first international agreement was presented in 1992. Within a year 167 countries singed it. People were trying to reduce pollution. People are afraid of what will happen with temperatures rising. Some people think it doesn't exist. They think there is no temperature rise and nothing will happen to the climate. This is discussed all the time, and people argue about what is going to happen.
